Here's a market tote fit for the trip to the farmers market yet stylish enough to take elsewhere around town.

Made using romblon leaves, a native plant of the Western Pacific Islands. Romblon is a renewable resource - only the leaves are harvested while the plant is left to grow more leaves for future use.

These market totes are the result of a collaboration between social enterprise organizations, weaving groups and cooperatives. In addition to fair wages in the local context, artisans receive training, equipment and design guidance. Advances up to 50% of the final product are paid to assist artisans in procuring raw materials and supplies.
