Café Rebelión is devoted to the struggle for autonomy and self-determination for indigenous peoples and economic autonomy is important to that struggle. They are a pioneer Fair Trade roaster of Zapatista coffee from the Mut Vitz Cooperative in Chiapas, Mexico. They pay an additional 15% of the total cost of purchases to be reinvested in community health and education projects.
