Our Mexican Peaberry comes from the Maya Vinic growers cooperative in Chiapas, Mexico. It is medium roasted to bring out its boldness, and leaves you with hints of dark chocolate.

Just Coffee works with small and disadvantaged grower coops in order to source the finest green coffee, air-roast it to perfection, and deliver the highest quality beans.
